YEAR+IN+REVIEW1

It’s been one amazing mind blowing year since I have actively started building and promoting The Amazing Woman Network and I am truly blessed to be on this super God mission because I have had some incredible lessons, realizations and revelations.

When I asked God to show me what I should be doing, I never though that it would be so grand but I accepted my assignment and my life has been changed forever. To see AWN grow from an idea to actually impacting the lives of 27,000+ women in over 40 countries has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. To hear someone say “thank you” because my words came at the exact moment in which they needed to hear/read them – WOW- that makes it all worth it. I love my life, thank God for my assignment and I can’t wait to see the impact in 2014.

This road has not been easy but it has been packed with life lessons. Learning these lessons has made me wiser, more determined and stronger than ever. Often times we don’t pay attention to the lessons and we repeat the circumstances again and again. Now, I pay close attention, learn the lesson, apply it to my life and continue to grow.

Patience is one of those lessons. I was eager to do things, launch things and produce things, all when I wanted to or when I thought the time was right. The problem – I was moving to my time and not to God’s time.  Each time there was some delay, something happened. As I look back, that delay gave me more time to improve and make it better resulting in something far greater than I had initially imagined.

Everything happens at the exact moment it was meant to and never a moment before.

There have been some huge realizations throughout this past year. The biggest – I had to realize my God given power.  The Spirit of God lies within each of us and with Him, there is nothing that we can’t accomplish. Stop allowing the fear and self-doubt to keep you from rising to your destiny!

As I look back at all the doors that have opened, all the connections that have been made and the positive impact on women all over the world, the revelation of God’s presence in this journey has become crystal clear. Every time, He delivers, He shows up, He makes it happen. EVERY TIME!

As you go through this next year, understand and believe He is present in your journey. He is your guide. Stay connected and stay faithful!

As you look back over this past year, take the time to answer these questions:

  1. What experiences have you had that have helped to shape who you are today? How have those experiences impacted you?
  2. What lessons have you learned? How have those lessons helped you in your journey?
  3. What has become known to you that was not known prior to this past year? Were you surprised by the revelation? Why or why not?
  4. What is the one biggest thing you have realized about yourself over this past year? How do you plan to continue on your journey now that you have realized this?

I am so thankful for this past year and all the experiences – and it has been a ton of them – because from them, I am poised to continue with my assignment, I am better equipped to handle the greatness to come and am excited to be a blessing to others all over the world.

Thank you for allowing me to serve you!
